Safe by construction: a release only adds features & improvements. Migrations are
forward-only and additive; code is replaced wholesale while every database is left intact — no
rows deleted, no data rewritten. The runner refuses to promote if any migration contains
destructive SQL (
drop / truncate / delete). Suspended,
trial & past-due companies are skipped.
